Oliver Yeo, Managing Director
Oli is the founder and leader of GripHero. A Chartered Engineer, Oli previously led large-scale projects on the Royal Navy’s submarine fleet for ten years. Oli identified the need for ultimate customer safety in the fuelling zone and subsequently founded GripHero in 2017. GripHero celebrates closing in on protecting 1 billion fuel customers globally, whilst at the same time reducing the carbon footprint of those forecourts providing the best quality care to their customers. Oli is fortunate to have won multiple engineering awards, and is particularly proud of those awarded to GripHero. |

John Carey, Chairman
John is a global leader in downstream oil and gas, having fronted the $8.5bn IPO of ADNOC’s retail business in the Middle East. Prior to this, John led BP’s Marketing and Refining business in North America, including the 8,000 ARCO and BP retail sites generating $40bn of revenues. Previously, John was CEO of BP LPG and Castrol B2B. Externally, John has recently been appointed to the board of EG Group (Euro Garages), one of the fastest growing and most recognisable global forecourt operators. John also sits on the board of Green Lithium, a planned ‘green’ refiner of lithium to the electric vehicle market reducing the carbon footprint of the EV battery, and sits on the board of Autistica, an autism charity. |

Matthew Moore, Non-Executive Director
Matthew oversees GripHero’s strategic partnerships, as well as advising on investor related enquiries. Externally, Matthew works with Infinium Partners, a Venture Capital Fund investing in early stage companies within mobility and logistics - with sustainability at its heart. He additionally advises businesses in the green space around both deal origination, and strategic acceleration Previously, Matthew led international investor relations primarily in the US and UK/Europe for ADNOC Distribution, having helped establish the function itself at IPO, whilst also originating and integrating new technology to help decarbonise or streamline the business. |

Graham Yeo, Non-Executive Director
Graham co-founded Premier Nutrition which became an industry leader in animal nutrition, before selling the business to Associated British Foods (ABF) PLC. Graham helped grow Premier Nutrition into a large-scale manufacturer of specialist nutrition products, and to this day it thrives and remains at the forefront of the industry. Graham’s experience has been and continues to be invaluable to GripHero. Graham was instrumental in helping establish the business, and ensures that all shareholders are heard at the board table. With a specialism in biochemistry, achieving a PhD in liver metabolism and Post-Doctoral work in toxicology, Graham brings a highly detailed and scientific eye to GripHero’s business. |
